Lima possible solution to traffic tram

Today we see in our city widespread traffic chaos particularly due to poor public transport system. The micros, the "combis", taxis and motorcycle taxis are the symbol of this almost traumatic reality for Lima. Traffic problems, in fact, appeared in Lima in the late 1940s when the migration began unprecedented phenomenon in the history of our capital.
The increase in population and the increasing number of vehicles, coupled with the scarcity of broad avenues and road interchanges were destroying, little by little, its monuments and the disappearance of green crops environment. On the other hand, the absurd suppression tram system in 1965, without replacing it by a meter or trolleybus lines, accentuated the chaos to the almost total lack of interest of the authorities to tackle the problem.
It is urgent, therefore, a provision for public transport in our city, as the conclusion of the Electric Train, expanding the Metropolitan (articulating with the electric train) and subway system.

One solution
